Actually, the girl who was sitting across from us with the I-pod touch seemed quite unruffled by my own want of doing things like proclaiming loudly that she was in possession of such a device and my anything but subtle request for her to take a picture of our small gathering.
From left to right, this February gathering of the grey matter included the bloggers behind This Hapax Legomenon, Huffb1′s Random Things Blog, Me who needs no link on account of my incredible celebrity and the fact that you’re reading my blog right now and finally some one I should link to more often, Tanya of The Things That Go Through My Head.
I would like to make note that all Sask blogs pictures of me are cursed. There’s no way I actually look that terrible. Honestly, I’m going to have to have a good long talk with my blackberry on the quality of it’s digital photos
While we originally had planned to visit Asian Taste, we found out upon our arrival that it was closed despite having been told otherwise previously. All was not lost of course; we simply moved down a block and found a tasty Vietnamese restaurant in which to gorge ourselves.
Rotten luck about it being closed, but the turn out was not huge it seemed regardless, so if it wasn’t for the Internet, who’d know ;-)
PS I can’t comment unless I switch into IE
Now that’s odd. I’ll have to look into that. Perhaps if I sacrifice an innocent looking kitten to the blog gods it’ll fix the problem.
Still looks like fun was had by all!
Hi there, I recently jumped on the blogging band wagaon, and I’m from Saskatoon. I would be nice to meet bloggers with similar interests. How often do you guys meet up? I would like to be a part of that.
